With the clobbering the market took in the last month or so some very attractive share prices have created a environment very favorable for m&a activity and if you've been watching the news you will see this is exactly what has been happening. Now if Europe can calm the markets this combined with some decent news out of the US should keep the market in an upward trend which means if there is a bidder out there CHM and FNC will find out soon they will strike soon while the prices are depressed. I notice with CHM that they have bounced off the bottom nicely and it appears they are consolidating nicely for another run it shouldn't be long now!
