You can’t have your cake and eat it. If it weren’t for such things as Argex,
the money we have for such things as Magpie wouldn’t exist.
Would you have preferred massive dilution instead?

The complaint we hear on this Message Hub, over and over again, is our plate is too full as it is.
We should focus our attention on what really counts and not be spreading ourselves too thin.
Well, if we had kept Argex, where would the money have come from to exploit it?

Many times on this Message Hub I’ve read outraged investors complain
we’ve been idly standing by while everybody’s racing past us.
Well, if we hadn’t the funds to get anything done, what would the outcry have
been had we been stalled in the middle of the highway, with no gas in the tank?

The irony is, so far as Argex is concerned, indeed we’ve kept a huge chunk of the cake.
Keeping 4% of the company, plus securing an option for 50% of the NSR is not exactly
“letting go” (as you put it). If ever there was a case of having cake and eating it, this is it.

If that weren’t enough, on the subject of titanium, Magpie has many times more of it than Argex.
