Same here Lethal. I got in this because of the RoF and it's proximity to NOT Eagle (ditto for PRB since PRB lands surrounded Eagle 1, until they swapped those for Black Creek). It's location, location and location again. For FNC lands next to Eagle I can picture NOT and Baosteel are salivating. NOT wants some elbow room when they mine the nickel....and Baosteel wants both nickel and the free iron (17% CHM, etc) at this low price.Watch out FNC.
And CLF? CLF need some escape route to get the ore out of their proposed Black Thor site. THey are currently completely surrounded. However, their site plan includes a road going right through that FNC package of lands to get to the potential staging area and the raihead being proposed by KWG. Check the CLF plan as well for another road smack in the middle of PRB (Black Creek). This road is required to connect the proposed airstrip with the Black Thor site. Presumably, as a much bigger company, CLF just plough right through without asking for PRB permission? By the way, PRB was hinting recently that some 100M++ would drown their sorrow for BlacK Creek property.
Enough reasons for Dr. Smith not to bother with pending more effort in drilling area C-1 (they hit something deep) and C-5 (wondering why not too much effort is spent in this "golden triangle" where Black Creek, Big Daddy, and a potential entity from FNC) converge. Probably FNC has been approached just due to the location of his lands? If so, FNC should jettison that chromite to get some cool $100M++ based on the value of SPQ/FWR and the strategic location of the lands. Let's separate the chromite property from the rest so that FNC can focus on Fe and Titanium, just like getting a lot more money selling parts of a car (a door here, a hood there...)
