That would just add insult to injury. Releasing news now would be a slap in our face. Two options; SP goes nowhere because the financing is being done (most likely outcome), or SP goes up and it becomes even clearer that he was doing his masters a favor by getting them cheap shares before announcing news (I doubt he would reprice the financing - he's not smart enough).
