Guys: we are in virtual territory here. I value the input of every poster here, when opinion and facts are correctly posted.

We should all stick to the following easy 'rules':

Rule #1: a virtual poster cannot be 'insulted'. It is non-sense. The person behind the avatar should always keep that in mind. Just post what you think is useful and go on.

Rule #2: a forum of discussion is not a complaint department. Opinion (positive and negative) and facts are OK but complaints are to be filed at the right place: to the authorities or to management itself (postal adresses are easy to find).

Rule #3: each poster has the prerogative of ignoring any post. But maneuvering trough others' debris is harrassing. Please don't litter.
