As a Canadian taxpayer the offering of the Flow Thru has little to do about the company and much more to do with the tax benefits Government offers and the downside risk of selling the shares later.

At 40 cent flow thru with super deductions - the after tax cost is below 20 cents and that is a safe bet the stock won't go below that - and the upside could be HUGE -

I don't read too much into the 6 million being scooped up at dirt cheap prices with all the incentives added.

what is more important for US is that MARKET price and VOLUME increase SIGNIFICANTLY.

Until then - FNC shareholders are being played and manipulated and not recognized.

in the end that results in a low ball takeout offer - and that would be a shame.
