Fancamp investor Inwentash acquires one million shares

Mr. Sheldon Inwentash reports INWENTASH ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF FANCAMP EXPLORATION LTD. On Nov. 29, 2011, Sheldon Inwentash acquired ownership of one million common shares and one million common share purchase warrants of Fancamp Exploration Ltd. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of 50 cents until May 29, 2013. In the event that the warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 2.2 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Fancamp as of Nov. 29, 2011, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the warrants. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Inwentash and his joint actors collectively held, as at Nov. 29, 2011, a total of 7,660,500 common shares of Fancamp, including the common shares, and rights to acquire an additional 1.7 million common shares of Fancamp upon the exercise of convertible securities, including the warrants. Of these totals, Mr. Inwentash owns 4,817,000 common shares, including the common shares, and the convertible securities directly. In the event that the convertible securities are fully exercised, the holdings of Mr. Inwentash and his joint actors represent a total of 9,360,500 common shares of Fancamp, or approximately 10.4 per cent of all issued and outstanding common shares as at Nov. 29, 2011, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the convertible securities only. In the event that the convertible securities are fully exercised, the direct holdings of Mr. Inwentash represent a total of 6,517,000 common shares of Fancamp, or approximately 7.2 per cent of all issued and outstanding common shares as at Nov. 29, 2011, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the convertible securities only. These transactions were made for investment purposes and Mr. Inwentash and each of his joint actors could increase or decrease their respective investments in Fancamp depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
