You're just re-hashing old info...this is simply a recap of the details of the second tranche of the financing, the closing of which was announced last Friday. This post hardly warranted the words "News Release" in the title.

P.S. Warrants are always significantly higher than the current sp...so $0.50 warrants are to be expected. And our sp at the time of the financing's announcement was in the low .30's so the pricing here is nothing to celebrate.
