Yes thanks as well Rago and that $5.00 amount is exactly my expectation for FNC but have always been a bit too concerned about voicing it on a forum. I believe it to be a probable outcome if our varied properties continue developing as they are currently and I believe it really isn't that far down the road either. So my New Year Resolution is to speak to, provide support for and to believe in that $5.00. If we start talking about it and supporting it we create a culture that will get it. I always say, 'give someone the opportunity to say yes to you'.
