I agree. A 20% share swap for our 17.5% is too risky. Our 20% will eventually get diluted. Maybe to 10% or 5% or even less. It would be wiser for FNC management to sell our 1 million CHM shares along with our 17.5% of the CHM joint properties to a future CHM partner (like WISCO or ArcelorMittal) for $ 50,000,000 cash.........and Lac Lamêlée stays 100% FNC!
