To me, it’s a given: Some kind of blackout is in effect. Thursday, MaCloud reminded us,
“A total of 350,000 shares of option have not yet been filed.” To read between the lines,
your glasses don’t need to have high-powered lenses.

After the filing is finalized, I don’t know if there is a prohibition against issuing a news
release about material developments the very next day (let alone now).

However, prohibition or no prohibition, in view of just having granted yourself a tidy sum
of stock options, I believe there may be a shareholder or two (if not some bureaucrat) who
may take a dim view of releasing news immediately thereafter that skyrockets the SP.
