Ok,

Then, if we don't get any stock and if never there is a hostile take over, they might win and they will get 50% of Magpie with all of others properties !!!!

it isn't cheaper for a company at our market price to not invest any money in magpie but

keep this investement to take control of everything ... Just a though.
