really? I think there has been plenty of time for an entity to make a hostile bid, which would take place well before any Magpie IPO or further Champion updates. In that regard, I don't believe there's truth to this. What's more, I think it's just smoke and mirrors to justify the co. to keep control of the shares. Given the cost of the IPO and who benefits (new board members, underwriters), is this really in our best interest??? Why couldn't the value of the asset be recognized in Fancamp's possession? Finally, if there is a hostile bid on the way, why would they wait for an IPO to be done...unless you have struck a deal with a CEO so he can preserve his career. I have a bad feeling we're being sold out.
