Demand

It doesnt feel like FNC is being singled out. Can someone tell me if there is an overall institutionsl hard asset sale by the billions?
If there is, the way to beat this type of tsunami is get in top and surf with it and go for the ride. Be prepared when the tsunami of buy arrives by understanding your asset and recognize the bottom.
But just in case, a few of us have investors lined up to buy if an indicator of downward manipulation for accumulation occurs to snag those shares for friendly hands.
Perhaps that's why there is so little volume. No data to drive demand up, but plenty willing to sell higher than we are now. Think of it: if you are a large brokerage house. Your job is to research and recommend to hundreds of smaller houses to buy. They're not going recommend without the 43-101 and prospectus. They'll want to know Fouad data and IPO structure. So although obvious to retail that Magpie asset is a buy, a recommendation to hundreds of houses within your network needs risk presentation material. So of course there's no demand -yet.
In addition, the only way to get large blocks is for a house to negotiate with Smith and Granger for IPO blocks or to negotiate with fellow investors for FNC blocks. Several of our large holders would offer to a friendly at .40c, .50c., and so forth. Even Mineralfields expects to sell at a higher price than this. This gets the ball rolling. Obviously a house gets involved because Smith is pricing the Magpie IPO much less than the value. If the numbers crunching shows buying FNC now, in addition to Fermont makes sense, our demand increases. This is where Granger and our directors are utilized to demonstrate the numbers crunching advantage. It is also where Quesnel of Champion is a huge advantage, as I'm certain that if they're assessing Fancamp, they'll talk to Champion. I'd be curious to read their presentation. Also to read if the numbers favor Champion, Fancamp, or Magpie. I suspect the
numbers favor Fancamp because you get a piece of all three.
So our concern shouldn't be on downward SP, but on getting hard data out on the streets to increase demand.
FNC team is having meetings today with these houses, so I'm sure the streets will have data before us.
It wouldn't take to many hundreds of thousands to double the ask and make demand pay for a fair asset value estimation. As little as it takes to push FNC under .30c is as little as it takes to push FNC to $1.
