Is FNC About to Deliver?

UP 13.5 %, ($0.035) on 284k volume in the first 17 minutes. Either somebody just woke up to the value sitting here and jumped in or we really have news release coming. It's Friday and that's the customary delivery day for FNC's own news releases. How about it Rago, is this the day? Which project... Magpie 43-101 maybe.
