Lethal, suggest that one more item be added to your list:

- FNC McFaulds Lake property gets an offer.

This could be from NOT, or from the honorary chairman for life Sir Richard N. The chairman may not be satisfied with just a JV partner for that piece of property.

The sale of the McFaulds property should bring in some serious cash (prefer cash) since the cash-equivalent of 17.5% CHM and 9M shares of RGX seem to be ignored by the market. It would be an interesting situation if FNC cash position is larger than the market cap.

BTW, anyone heard anything about BOL drilling at FNC McFaulds (supposed to be before April)? Today is 1 April.
