I would throw in the cash stash under the matress (some $8.4M) to make it more exciting. So, what we have here

17.5% CHM: $25.5M

9M RGX: $10M

Cash stash: $8.4M

Total: $43.9M compared to Market Cap @ $23M

43.9 - 23 = $20.9M (free "cash")

plus more free stuff

- etc....

Mind boggling.Hope that our poison pills are not sugar pills.
