Well stated lethalgal.I agree 99%.One thing though.

"We will eventually benefit from NSR and SP appreciation of CHM. My guess is it will be bought out anyway."

Are there any more large Chinese or India companies left to sign off-take agreements with that can infuse cash for the CHM rail proposal?This may be how it plays out and CHM will make it to production.JMO.
