There were a lot of folks waiting for this deal to finish, before buying. I didn't hear one house saying they were going to sell once deal is signed. Both FNC and CHM about to double early next week. Not from .25 buy from .30. FNC is a buyers dream and some sellers are being opportunistic before buying- and they know it.
