CS, has this not been the theme of this company for the last number of years:

"searching for a reason for this undervaluation" Time for a change of leadership IMO. Do what's best for the Company PS. If the so called board had any kahoona's they would be as perplexed as we are given our negative position and push for a change in approach and strategy. But when you bring on members with clauses to vote in a certain direction, that seems to contravene the spirit of a board's responsibilites and duties to its SHAREHOLDERS.

SG, don't forget another "simple" summary of results: 4) we seemed to lose 5M in market cap and fell to .25 on the transaction. This deal has not prevented a take over - we were sitting ducks well before the deal.
