Rago, agreed that control of Magpie would be the #1 issue, if Magpie were my "baby" (someone said it's PS's hidden pride and joy. Magpie appears a lot bigger than RGX La Blache. To gain control,there are 2 options.

Option 1: FNC and Sheridan both has 46.7% each. So acquiring the remaining portion of 100 - 2x46.7 = 6.6% (who is/are control this block, friendly?, anyone knows ?). So, 46.7 + 6.6 = 53.3%. FNC could go through this option, if possible. Can it be done before IPO, i.e. now? May be Sheridan has the same idea?

Option 2: FNC or friendlies could buy enough shares at market, post-IPO to get a combined 50% plus 1 share (Ahh, to be conservative make it 1% rather than 1 share, I am not difficult).

Any other options?
