As they say, “Don’t get mad. Get even.” I’m doing my best to make sure the Unresponsive Directors will learn an unpleasant lesson, teaching them the hard way what happens when they violate any security-exchange-regulated or government-regulated Code of Conduct.

What I’m doing doesn’t lend itself to easy, off-hand, everyday friendly conversation. But that doesn’t mean I’m against it or my usual disposition is to be too standoffish for casual conversation. It’s just that I’m determined to do right myself and make sure all the shareholders get right. So, my present frame of mind is to be ultra-serious. I will not be giving those who cross us an inch.

Besides citing the company’s failures to conduct meetings according to the rules, besides, in at least one case, a Director not having the stipulated professional qualifications, besides missing communications policies and the absence of any active representation of shareholders; the letters I’ve sent out to date and the new correspondence I’m composing will establish a paper trail, which I’ll use to compound the documented misconduct the Recalcitrant Directors will be called upon to defend. I will do my best to shine the spotlight on every instance of unprofessional carelessness.

This is the sort of stuff occupying my thoughts at the moment. The more an Irresponsible Director thinks he can shirk the requirements of his office and turn his back on us, the greater the headache he will suffer when the time comes to face the consequences.

I’m bidding my time for another week or two. Either, I’ll be surprised with sudden sensitivity and awareness from the Directors and the Advisory Board Members or their silence will speak loader than words as to their fitness to hold the office they’ve been entrusted with. The more prolonged their stubborn unresponsiveness, the deeper the hole they’ll be digging for themselves.
