Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
Last time I went through something like this was with NOT.....and we all know what happened there. There too, the challengers picked an opportune time when the share price was not doing so well.....mainly due to market forces.
Let's look at a few facts:
-- the junior sector is terrible....many juniors are hitting new 52 week and multi year lows....I have several companies that would qualify
-- if we change the whole slate of board memebers....what is the cost of doing this with regards to severence packages
-- if we change the whole slate of board members.....how many stock options at these rediculous low prices will this cost us
-- promises are cheap to make.....much more difficult to deliver...delivering value and all..... I can't help but be reminded of the accusations made towards the NOT team....years later, we can say the same for the replacements
-- this new board is made up of lawyers and accountants....they don't work for free....bragging about how experienced they are....what is that going to cost us....for all that experience....again, look at all that experience on the NOT board....expensive; yet no results
-- the addition of two new board seats appears to be a bribe for votes from the Champion team...who hold many shares. Their share price isn't doing much better either, and is part of the reason our share price has languished
-- we are a small junior company with a current market cap of only about 17 million....that's quite the team for a small junior...10 board seats
-- since the announcement; our share price is down once again.....tells us quite clear exactly what the market thinks of this new plan.....lots of shares available at $0.13
-- the dilution was at much higher prices than current prices; I see lots of value here with the current board and attribute our low share price to market conditions as well as perhaps some manipulation....perhaps in order to be opportunistic
I'm not buying into the.... vote for us and we'll make things better game here.
I think some people are seeing alot of value here as well....much of which will end up in their pockets....not the retail shareholders.
Finally, I'm not happy with the current share price as well, but Peter has done much to build value here; regardless of what the market values us at now. PP's were done at fair prices...not at all time lows (like others again).....and for a guy that's been around for a while, it's not like he's all loaded up with with cheap stock options. This company is personal for him much the same NOT was personal to RN....that's the way I see it anyways....and I agree with Peter; the share price is low and undervalued, which tells us that we should be adding shares
Just trying to look at things from the other side
