Peter's unethical/illegal actions

I've noticed that those of you who are in favor of retaining current management have made no mention of the ethical/legal issues brought up in yesterday's letter. It appears Peter has been completely disregarding corporate governance rules and regulations. IMO this was one of the most important issues brought up in the letter yet Peter's supporters in this forum have made no mention of it. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Why are the new guys vultures but Peter, who has been quite literally breaking laws, is not?
