I've asked more than one person on this forum as well, what specific companies that Granger et al have managed that have performed so well or why you think they'll make a good board, no answers. Just negativity about the current board. Why would I vote for a new board that as far as I can see doesn't really add anything and probably doesn't really know the business? A bird in the hand...
