You want a scenario of how this stock gets diluted under the new slate

Take the cost of severence for the old team add to that the number of cheap stock options at 0.15 or so and add to that the salaries of bringing in the new team and add to that the legal costs of this proxy battle, then divide that total cost by .15 = number of shares added

....and that's without drilling a single hole

I've seen the dilution here over the past several years and it certainly ain't any worse than any other junior out there....that's just the reality in this market. Do some reading about how hard it is to raise money in this current market....it's brutal. You really think these guys will do any better? That's just being hopeful at best. The fact they don't have the same emotional connection here too is concerning....then it just becomes all about the gread.
