I googled Debra Chapman and did not come up with any CV or mining industry experience She was corporate secretary of Gold Hope Mines but was replaced Gilles Dubuc also left the board of Golden Hope at that time I was told that Golden Hope found that ther contributions to the company were not great I am sure Mr Dubuc is a fine gentleman but he is quite old and blind as well His wife has to read the corporate material to him They are quite loyal to Peter I am sure but in my opinion they do not have the credentials and expertise that a company like FNC needs
