There are some things I agree on with current management, there are some things I think can be improved, and I would be flabbergasted if you could quote anything specifically I've said that says I think the company belongs to Peter. I am, after all, a shareholder lets not forget.
I think it's the other posters that have been saying that, maybe you're getting confused.
On balance, however, and as a shareholder, I am saying that I don't think that the dissident board proposal will be good for the company nor for me. I do not like the slate of directors they have proposed, nor do I like how they operate. Also, they strike me as opportunistic only, trying to take advantage of market conditions. I don't think they would be there for the long run. They don't even have a proposal for the President position -s
Let me just say as well if Peter has sold some RGX shares - so what? Sometimes people need to raise cash, and he has lots of exposure to upside via his remaining shares and FNC's.
And let's not forget that the reason FNC has exposure to RGX is because of the deal Peter and his board did in 2008 and prior.
