If we ask this question everytime there is a company's statement in the nature of "on behalf of the board' or 'the board reaffirms that' or 'your borad is of opinion that', you would be surprised how few 'real' meeting had take place in the real world...
As I see it, the action of Mr Granger stinks from the beginning, and be careful not to follow a Pied Piper.
I have no arrested opinion as to the proposed slate of directors, but I do have a serious doubt about a sudden coup like this one.
We all know Fancamp is loaded with huge potential, and I don't like to see a greedy wolf stalking around the house.
I have no clear answer to the following question: are Mr Granger's efforts spent for my, or his interests?
I know, I know, our quiet trio Smith-De Quadros-Kamaleddine is not the dream team we would give the AAA note.... But, I am certainly dubious about the coup slate...and hesitate to give them my free vote. GLTA.
