here is the challenge - the statement below implies that the Board has met to reaffirm --problem is that the Board never officially met - a meeting was not officially called...

Granger did not attend any board meetings and no notice of one was issued for any discussions.

The Board consists of all the elected persons - including granger....

hence the news release is misleading --- it SHOULD HAVE SAID y that all directors excluding Granger met unofficially to discuss..the situation.

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HONEST AND TRANSPARENT - NOT MISSLEAD - but that is exactly what Peter does - after all it's his company and screw the shareholders.

Formality and adherence to the rules is not necessary for Mr Smith.

So MR Balance -want to take the challenge and prove me wrong?

was there a legally constituted meeting of the Board - or was there some other type of meeting??? In a nutshell that was the issue I always had with Peter - he listened to nobody - the committees and Boards and advisory counsel are all PAPER - not functionning.

And Peter does not like Granger who makes him play by the rules...so his answer is get rid of him.
