Just a reminder that the clock is ticking and there are not too many days left before Oct 24, 2012 for the votes to be in for counting before the AGM on Oct 26 at 1pm in Toronto. Below are a few important details

- Deadline for management proxies: 1pm Wed Oct 24, Toronto time

- Deadline for the Yellow proxies (For Mr. Granger's slate of new directors): 8:00am Wed Oct 24, Toronto time. Note: the deadline here is earlier since they need, presumably, a bit more time to check out all technical and legal details.

1-866-229-8651 (one contact there is Ted Wronski, but there are others to assist with the voting details...They have a list of shareholders and can check your names against the list for eligibility and walk you through the voting procedures)

Steps:

1. Form filling

- check the boxes;

- sign the names in the box (would be best to ask the actual shareholder, the one that has the name that appears on the stock list, to sign the proxy...they want the actual signature, and not you signing for someone else, even though you have the authority to trade the stocks for the person;

- print the actual names at the bottom of the signature; and

- date the signature.

2a. Fax the completed form to Kingsdale at 1-866-545-5580 if you have a fax machine, or

2b. Scan the completed form (e.g. as an jpg, just like scanning a picture) and send by e-mail as an attachment (remember to attach) to Kingsdale

3. Call Kingsdale up to confirm, or ask them to send an "acknowledge receipt of a duly executed Yellow proxy"

4. Wait for the outcome of the proxy fight after the AGM. (Anyone plans to attend to report on location?)

Re-voting: It is understood that re-voting is permitted. For example, if you have voted for the management proxy, but changed your mind, you can just vote again using the Yellow proxy by going through the steps above. Kingsdale will sort out the details for switching your votes. It would be a good idea to give Kingsdale a call to inform that you have changed your mind and this is a re-voting.

Folks, fire up your computers and make your choice. Sometimes, after hearing all the arguments, warts and all, you just have to go with your own gut feeling and roll the dice.

As they say "you deserve the team that you voted in".
