Well I'm a shareholder and I'm definitely not for the dissidents since I don't think they have my interest at heart as a shareholder. There is no way that you can accurately say "individual shareholders mostly for" since the votes haven't been counted yet, unless you have some special psychic powers that no-one else does.

That being said, I hope Marquest in the long run is a better shareholder than Consolidated, not a flipper like Consolidated seems to be with every company.

CHM also has a big block to vote.
