Let me get this straight.
You seriously believe people “are sticking around” because the company’s
“run by Peter”?

It has nothing to do with the properties we own?
So, when Peter goes, the “potential” (as you put it) would disappear.
And that’s when we should leave?

Do I understand you?
Without Peter, our properties would get an unfavorable valuation by
the financial markets?
