A material event could be defined as news or details that may reasonably be expected to affect a company’s stock price and thus decisions that investors make about buying or selling the company’s stock.

Volume on Friday was a little over 200K with no change whatsoever in the stock price.

One could hardly argue that anyone gained from insider knowledge of the outcome of the vote. Would they have been on the buy side or the sell side?

This is just another attempt to call to question the integrity of Peter.....again, I'm not biting....nor would the regulatory authority.
