You keep glossing over the fact that Peter only got his majority because he cut a deal with Marquest, who don't know any better because they only recently became shareholders. You ignore the fact that the MAJORITY of longtime shareholders voted AGAINST Peter.

Just keep blocking your ears and covering your eyes. You're exactly the type of shareholder Peter likes.
