This strikes me as a decent roster, and good position for Peter Smith as well, as Chairman of the Board (appropriate esp. as a co-founder IMO) as well as the VP-Ex, where he can focus on what I would suspect he loves to do and is obviously good at. A team that works together, plus some additional independents that sound like they have some real strength to them, good stuff.
