'The vote was not on a level playing field' - if you're saying the shareholders didn't have a chance to vote for Granger, then the only person that could've screwed up how that happened was Granger. Doesn't really speak to his management skills.

Granger didn't report that he bought shares until Sept 12/2012 - in anticipation of his run at the Board no doubt. Took him more than a month to put out his dissident proxy announcement on Oct 15, more than enough time to do a proper job. So if it wasn't a proper job, it doesn't speak highly of him, although we had evidence of that before.
