Looks like the swing vote went with the winning team. No doubt the dissident team approached Marquest looking for their vote and got turned away. Marquest was probably as completely unimpressed by the dissidents as many of us shareholders.

The fact is if all the shareholders that didn't vote, did vote, the dissidents could've lost by an even larger margin. The fact is that if Ippenwash had voted his and his wife's shares for management, the dissidents would've lost by a lot more.

What purpose does your sort of argument serve... none. It actually just sounds kind of whiny.
