Lethalgal is right but I don't think the FNC will get much value for those shares unless a) mgmt decides to dividend them out or b) mgmt proves that FNC is more than just a capital destroying machine. If one was to look at this company's history, they would probably come to the conclusion that management will simply waste any revenue received from CHM/RGX share sales on fruitless exploration. The onus is on the new CEO to prove otherwise.
