My personal opinion, FNC would be crazy to sell their RGX shares when RGX is so close to some potentially significant deals. FNC would be better off doing something else, if need be. They have a number of assets they could deal with, if absolutely necessary. Their burn rate is low, other than perhaps legal costs nowadays, will have to see how it goes.
