Lethalgal,
Is it too much to expect that management would have the foresight and vision to use funds from previous financings to take them to a point where they could sell a non-core asset, strike a deal with an off-take partner, or maybe sell a million shares of RGX once the restricition has come off in order to sustain capital and stop resorting to diluting this company and decreasing shareholder value. They have numerous assets and ample time to make this happen. But this is the norm for Peter and co.... just the typical sloppy strategy of mangement with no plan of action or vision and definitley no ability to execute, that much has been proven.
This is on them...and there's no excuses for diluting the company at this rate.
