Good, we've got financing out of the way, and into strong hands. Am sorry we have to finance at these prices, but that's the way she goes sometimes. Obviously some restraint on the part of the Board, wasn't a large issue.

And now they can concentrate on the business at hand. A bit of a juggling act nowadays in this market for sure...
