Is thius really a new board

Woukd you be for PS stepping down a chairman and tht company inviting new members to replace the dead wood on the board

I had been often PS only supporter But I feel i was misled and that a PP could have been done at a much higher price with less dilution if PS was looking out for the shareholders and not for marquest and himself

In the end it is us the shareholders who own this company and in time a majority will have an opportunity to vote for change
