I got a long fuse, but it has burned almost completely and is reaching the danger level where one must throw the thing away very soon, or get blown off.

especially the first property (underlined, mine). Agreed with that assessment/advertisement, but FNC let it go...quietly...i.e. without any fanfare/NR, for $15M. This is cheap, considering the chromite they have found and the potential Ni motherload plus the value of transportation access and extra elbow room that CLF/KWG would need to develop BT and BD. Almost forgot about NOT which is watching this piece of property like a hawk, but Sir Richard will not even let them go near (I believe he got a deep-pocket backing him up).
Yup, John Harvey and Sir Richard are betting the ranch on this property, mainly for the Ni motherload, but also for an opportunity to revenge for the "heave-ho" by the current NOT boys. IMO, $15M is not much of a gamble, given that these two gents know the land just like the back of their hands.
May be it's time to get some BOL.
