I agree with all of this.

Also, I have to say as well, I think there's a fine line sometimes between doing your job as per the above and handholding nervous or frustrated shareholders. There's only so many times I'm sure that a person can take having to handhold when there's no additional news, particularly if the shareholder in question is hostile or basically a lost cause. Besides wearing on a person, when there's already enough to worry about in this capital/economic environment, their time may very well be better spent elsewhere.
