Luker you can transfer any of the stocks you just bought into your TFSA come January. Impact would be any gain/loss from now till then, so probably not alot. Based on the Noront move to change year end and acceletate option payout to Dec 31. I would look hard a Not for TSFA assignment. Cheers CS
