I think you are right. Yet i don't blame them for dumping - that's what they do and everyone know's there MO. I blame managment (ie. Peter) who continued to do financings with this company when they would inevitably dump its shares. That's what you get when you're too comfortable in your role and you don't actually do any PR or see the value of promoting/marketing your company to get the best deal.

25+ years and his company trades for a nickel. Wake up people!!! We are going in the wrong direction!! Where are those big backers who stole our Argex shares at .70 cents!!! What a joke.
