It's amazing to me that there's still massive sell blocks at .065 when the company has virtually said they will purchase shares at .07. That makes no sense to me unless certain entities are deliberately keeping it down for some reason.

At this rate, I would have preferred a dividend from the RGX shares then trying to reduce the float by 10M.

We'll see which strategy would have been best...
