Thanks for the reply teleprobe. I'm not discouraged by Mr lafleurs sell as I'm sure he has legit reason to sell (and no longer CEO). Maybe he needs cash seeing that he got the boot from our motivated CEO.

What does worry me is the fact that today we hit 4 cents (52 week low and also an all time low) with no help / support from the company. Fnc's"new" way of doing business does not require anyone at the top to do anything except collect their salary, sell shares when needed and watch the s/p tank. That, my fellow shareholders, is what really worries me.
