My response was somewhat tongue -in cheek, and born out of frustration having owned a few other junior resource companies in Canada- Noront for one....so I apologize...I did look through the Magpie Deposit 43-101 Technical Report (2012) and it does not have any info regarding Social /Permitting issues. One could review all of the old news releases and scan the titles to see if there are any MOUs with "local " First Nations ; although, offhand I don't recall seeing any since I have been invested in the company (Since July 2008).
